Open and clamped profile production is the shaping of the sheets in desired lengths by going through various processes and presenting them to your service. As Jalsan Metal, we create special profiles suitable for every requested section in our open and clamped profile productions.

Sheet metal thickness is the main point in the production of open and clamped profiles. The thickness of the sheet must be a maximum of 8.00 mm in order to undergo certain processes and shape it. In addition, the sheet to be processed should have a maximum bandwidth of 1000 mm.

There are certain dimensions that should be taken as a basis in the production of welded profiles, where the metal is processed by performing detailed operations from the stage when it is still in band form.

The sheet thickness should be minimum 0.40 mm and maximum 8.00 mm. Diameter range based on pipe production: 0\10-0\127 mm. In profile production, the production weight is mainly applied in the range of 10×10 and 100×100 mm.

We provide profile cutting-drilling-bending welding applications by performing standard and special bending shapes upon request. We bend and shape the requested profiles with standard qualifications using standard pipe and profile bending machines. If the requested metal profiles have special qualities, we use machines and molds designed to obtain special bending shapes. Thus, we perform three-dimensional bending operations.
