As Jalsan Metal, we plan not only to be the pioneer of developments in the metal profile industry, but also to be the source that shapes the developments in the production sector. We have exceeded the quality standards of the metal forming industry with the investments we have made from the past to the present. We guarantee that we will be one of the companies that play a leading role in the development of the metal forming industry with the investments we will make from now on.

We know that it is not easy to be a development pioneer in the metal forming industry. We look with envy at all companies that have invested in the development of the sector so far. And we are grateful to the same companies, we have followed what they researched and improved. And we made Jalsan Metal an export company. After the years we left behind in the metal profile industry, we have now brought our own Research and Development efforts to the level of developing new technologies.

Our R&D Studies

Camber

The metal bending method, which is also familiar to the manufacturers in the metal profile sector, is one of the basic processes in the profile forming process. In this process, we have focused on research on how the energy spent can be reduced. We aim to reduce the investment cost of the production sector by reducing even the energy consumed.

Twist

Metal twisting, which is another basic process that has a high error rate in the industry today. As Jalsan Metal, we are planning to eliminate at least two of the problems of the manufacturing sector with the developments in this process in order to not waste the raw material and to minimize the loss of time.

Renewable Resources and Sustainable Production

Our R&D studies include field research as well as product developments. Since the use of renewable resources in the metal sector is at a high level, the waste of resources has not been completely prevented yet. Our team makes sure that metals left to rot are recycled by conducting field studies. We try to prevent all metal waste that we are aware of, both by playing an active role and by informing our business partners according to their needs.

In case of renewal of resources in Turkey and in the world, these resources can be procured to be used in new technologies. For us, who are at the starting line of production, it is our priority to ensure that the welding needs of the producers are met. Therefore, we fulfill our responsibilities to ensure the continuity of production.

Unmanned Production - Automation

We are aware of the fact that we have to adapt to what technology brings. We know that the growth path of companies that do not turn to science and technology is closed. Although we have not yet invested in unmanned production, we will minimize the muscle power spent by our experts in the coming years; we aim to focus on more difficult problems in technical matters.

Because we accept the difficulty as an invitation. We were never afraid of making mistakes and this reflex gave us agility.
